We finally got to setup these cute little guys. We split batch a 3 barrel (93 gallons) of Hazy IPA so we can compare different yeasts and dry hops. I think we have the 3 barrel pilot system dialed in. Cant wait to start brewing on the 15 barrel system.

Its nice to see that nine pallets of new kegs take up about half the cellar cold room. Its sad that they are empty, we better get brewing soon!
