Vendor Registration

We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor with us. To streamline the process, please follow the instructions below to complete your vendor registration:


Non-refundable Vendor Fee: $20 for 10×10 rent spot 

Electric is NOT provided
Tables/tents are NOT provided

Events are Rain or Shine!


Vendors are responsible for bringing the following:

All Vendors:

  • NC Certificate of Registration

Outside Tent Vendors:

  • Tent (Not required, but recommended)
  • Tables
  • Chair
  • Battery-Powered Lights


  • Once your vendor application is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to pay the $20 vendor fee.
  • Lake Norman Brewery reserves the right to ask any vendor at any time, for any reason to leave the event.
  • Lake Norman Brewery does NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential in any way.


Event 1: St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17, 12-5

“Shake Your Shamrock” St. Patty’s Day: Drink specials, St. Patty’s Day Run, Breakfast food truck, LKN Music School performance, Irish Dance performance, Cool Kids FUNdraiser, vendors, a portion of the Vendor Registration to go to Cool Kids 

Event 2: Tunnel to Towers FUNdraiser, Saturday, April 13, 11-5

Tunnel to Towers FUNdraiser: Denver Fire Department Dunk Machine, DJ Carl Likes, raffle with prizes and proceeds to go to T2T Foundation, Poker Run, vendors, a portion of the Vendor Registration to go to T2T Foundation 

Do not put your EIN or Social Security Number. It must be your Sales and Use Tax ID Number.  If you don't know your ID, call NCDOR to obtain it. *

This is a juried market. Not all who apply will be approved. If too many vendors are in your category, you will be put on a waitlist. Below, there are different categories. Please only select one.
This is an OUTDOOR event. No refunds will be given; this event is rain OR shine.
