The Golden Phantom has officially arrived 😏
This is the Saison Blanc that we scaled up with James Stevens, based on his recipe for the Western Carolina Homebrew Festival last week. 😍
We have to admit that Dan was a little concerned when he first scaled the recipe from five gallons to ninety, which now included 4 pounds of green raisins and 48 limes. But somehow, all this came together and created a clean, dry and crisp beer with a finish similar to Sauvignon Blanc wine. 😋
Even at 7.2% ABV, we find this to be a very refreshing summer beer with enough complexity to keep you drinking MORE!! 🙌🏽
